Today's Multi-Discipline Consulting Firms need to have a team of experienced professionals available to their clients, while maintaining the bottom line.  Reilly Engineering Associates Ltd. was formed from the recognition that these competing goals are often best met through established relationships with independent consulting firms.  Reilly Engineering Associates Ltd. works with  select client firms under an associate, subconsultant or contract employee arrangement, to help those clients meet their performance goals.  Under this arrangement, we have provided services to Prime Clients that include BC Hydro, Metro Vancouver, BC Ministry of Transportation, and others.

To succeed on any project, from a pre-feasibility study to a major design assignment requires the right people with the right experience.  Sean's experience combines the hands on practical approach that comes from his roots in small consulting with the corporate practices and organizational structure of medium to large consulting organizations, and covers a wide range of client types and industries.  This broad based experience makes Sean both an effective Independent Geotechnical Consultant, and a strong team player. 

With over 21 years of consulting experience providing geotechnical services on a broad spectrum of assignments, Sean's clients have included land owners, developers, public and private utilities, federal, provincial and municipal government bodies, mining companies and port facility operators.  His experience includes commercial, industrial, mining, urban infrastructure, linear infrastructure (pipelines, transmission lines and roads), hydroelectric development, and ports and marine assignments ranging in size from small operational services assignments to major design and construction assignments.  All of this comes with a proven track record of delivering technically sound, cost effective geotechnical solutions within the project schedule and budget.
